特別是輸送燃氣和自來水管道應用多,目前市政小口徑埋地管道大有取代鋼質(zhì)管道的趨勢。PE管道雖然有很多優(yōu)點,但強度低是其的弱點,在以往市政建設施工中,由于管道的確切位置不十分清楚,被施工機械挖斷、挖漏的現(xiàn)象很常見,而由此造成的燃氣泄漏爆炸事故也時有發(fā)生,因此探測標定地下PE管道的位置工作十分必要。

PE管道為惰性材質(zhì)制成,不導電、不導磁,埋入地下之后,目前還沒有較好的方法直接在地面探測到其在地下的空間位置。為了PE管道埋地后能夠在地面探測到位置和埋深的問題,在鋪設施工中往往與PE管道一起埋人一條導電線(簡稱示蹤線),為今后探測PE管道位置所用,示蹤線法是目前國內(nèi)外普遍采用的探測方法。
PE pipes are made of inert materials, which are non conductive and non magnetic. After being buried underground, there is no good method to directly detect their underground space position on the ground. In order to solve the problem that the location and buried depth of PE pipes can be detected on the ground after being buried, a conductor line (hereinafter referred to as the tracer line) is often buried together with PE pipes during the laying construction, which is used to detect the location of PE pipes in the future. The tracer line method is currently widely used at home and abroad.
管道示蹤線在鋪設時要和管道一起放置,埋地管線探測人員要經(jīng)過培訓并且合格后才能上崗操作,探測時,將管線探測儀發(fā)射機一端接在示蹤線上,示蹤線另一端接地,沿管線大致的走向,用管線探測儀探測管線位置和深度。
The pipeline trace line shall be placed together with the pipeline during laying. The detection personnel of buried pipeline shall be trained and qualified before working. During detection, one end of the pipeline detector transmitter shall be connected to the trace line, and the other end of the trace line shall be grounded. Along the general direction of the pipeline, the pipeline position and depth shall be detected with the pipeline detector.
